Adult therapy
A safe and welcoming space to explore your story, your emotions, your struggles. Together, we identify your obstacles and resources, working at your own pace, to step aside from these difficulties, face them and move towards greater well-being.
What can I do for you ?
We all come from experiences and stories that have structured us psychologically, and guided our perception of ourselves, our way of understanding the world, and relating to others. Sometimes, a traumatic event - a separation, grief, a fear - comes to disturb our balance and cause psychological suffering. Other times, a feeling of unease sets in, painful episodes are repeated and the difficulties become long-lasting, become part of everyday life, and disturb personal or professional well-being.
My consultations aim at helping people affected by problems of anxiety , depression , addiction, struggling with emotional difficulties , self-confidence , repetitions , or a situation of mourning or separation .
In these situations, my role as a psychologist is to support you in exploring your emotions and your history in order to "unravel" with you the knots of discomfort or psychological suffering. It's about helping you to identify the obstacles to your personal, professional, and family development in order to face them and feel better. To do so, I developed a methodology based on therapeutic approaches such as the systemic approach, contemporary psychoanalysis, or clinical psychopathology. This variety of tools enables me to offer you a singular and specific framework, adapted to your own needs, demands, and time pace.
In any case, I'll be happy to connect first and answer your questions, whether you need further information or to get a first appointment.
