Child therapy - Family therapy
For a better well-being in family

Child therapy
If your child encounters developmental problems or struggles in their social, school or family life, it would be my pleasure to collaborate with you to find the source of the difficulty and help you understand and address it together.
These difficulties can be linked to stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, or family issues. This can manifest itself through school refusal, learning disorders, behavioral disorders, relational difficulties or in regulating emotions .

Consultations with children are mediated through tools that encourage their expression, such as drawing, play, or educational materials.

Child therapy aims to provide you a better understanding of the dynamics in which the child evolves. It also aims to guide the child to explore alternative ways to cope with their difficulties and overcome them.
Family therapy
Sometimes, family life goes through challenging times. Due to certain events, family balance can be disrupted and tensions, misunderstandings may lead to repeated conflicts or cause resentment and affect relationship between family members.

Family therapy provides a safe and supportive space to communicate differently, offering an alternative way to understand conflicts and each other, in order to strenghthen the bond and move forward together.
I work with you - meet you in a group and/or individually - to accompany each member in finding their place in the family, feel heard, and evolve towards better family well-being.

In this perspective, I also receive couples, and help them find a way to solve or adapt differently to a crisis or a long-lasting difficulty.

Adolescent therapy
Adolescence is a time of changes, upheaval and emotional turbulence. Puberty brings transformations in the body, desires and cognitive processes. The adolescent must therefore adapt psychologically to these physiological changes and find a new sense of balance.
Sometimes, these changes seem to disturb the young person or their family, leading to discomfort . The teenager may then withdraw , translate their distress into acting out , experience anxiety in certain social situations such as school , or face relational difficulties with peers ( harassment or rejection ) or within the family, through conflict .
In such situations, I'll warmly welcome you through individual consultations and/or in family sessions. Together, we work to develop new ways of understanding the situation and fostering better communication. Also, it is always a pleasure to welcome and support the teenager as they face their challenges and internal conflicts.
